Do you have a schematic or something you can post for the platform you made? I have a big problem as far as my sub sliding all over my trunk and moving my carpet all over the place. Everytime I get out of my car I have to push my sub back into place and straighten out the carpet -- it getting to be really annoying.

Any help is appreciated, I need ideas.

yah, id love to know your measurements/sketches/schematics as well. It'd make a huge diff as to whether or not I rip out the stock trunk.. (probably am)..

TIA

i dont think velcro is going to hold mine... fast acceleration and turns would rip it right off... i have it in front of a trunk cargo net, tied to the trunk bars, and looped around the front and back up.... stays in place pretty well, just cant get it out too easily, and looks a littly shady...

Tried velco, but yeah, like JeepRage said, it didnt work and actually made it worse for me. I never had this problem when I had 2 subs since the box would brace against the sides of the trunk. Im still trying to figure it out with the help of other members, but I think the best thing to do is somehow trace the trunk carpet onto a large piece of plywood and then modify away. The sub gets either bolted into the plywood or a cut is made in the plywood so the sub sits in a depression or groove. It's simple in principle but hard to actually accomplish. Im going to try something this week.
