97 Auto Climate control fit into a 98?

97 Auto Climate control fit into a 98?
I did the LED mod on my totaled 97 auto climate control. I am just wondering if I could just plug that unit directly into my now 98, which has a auto climate control as well. They both have the same buttoms but arranged differently.

Just want to see if anyone happens to know before I take it apart...... Thanks.
