Help!! Need Info on High Quality Hid - Conversion Plug and play kits

I need help finding the best quality Hid Plug and play set online.
I have seen many pages with brands such as Hanabi, RayBrig, Retrofit but cant find them anywere online.
what is the most top of the line plug and play set for a headlight 8,000k set up?
what size does the fogs have to be? Can it be 8,000k or can they be higher like 12k i just want the lighting to be crystal blue and have both the headlights and fogs match. If anyone knows were i can find a reliable set online leave a some info Ty - Enthused011
