CAI sensor question

if i replace the Intake with the RP one that custommaxima has, what happens to the sensor?
i know i posted this question earlier but no one relaly gave me a good response.

Which sensor are you refering to? If you mean the air flow sensor - you just put it back on and plug it back in. Thats what I did anyway.
