I love the way the dragon intake that weapon R makes for the max looks, but I do have a question. I noticed that the intake looks like some sort of metal. I was wondering if this would be a problem with heat related issues. My guess is that it might heat up and warm the intake air causing power loss, but is that minimal? My guess is that the original plastice unit does restrict the air flow a little with all them ripples, but it does conduct heat as much as metal does. Any thoughts on this?
