installing a new exhaust muffler

Hey folks, anyone replaced their stock exhaust with a performance muffler themselves?? If so, whatcha use to get old muffler off? a chisell?

a blow torch will take it off easily

ha that would be nice, i once cut an exhaust tip with a metal hacksaw, it was a b**** to cut, i wouldnt really reccomend that way

o yeah, RedMax95 just reminded me, a jig saw would work. when i had my muffler and custom piping put on, the shop i went to used both a blow torch and a jig saw.
