Board under trunk mat?

You might as well use 1/8" hardboard, which is what's on there to begin with. Just take the spacers off the old board, and glue them on the freshly cut replacement. You could spray a "beer-proof" clear-coat sealer on the new board if you wish, which may help prevent future warping...

thanx guys i'll try the dealership first i guess and if they try charging me like 75 dollars i'l make my own i guess
