Wow..way to dig up an old thread..

In short.. more HP and a lower sound from your exhaust. If you don't do much highway driving, it probably won't do much for you. MPG doesn't change much if at all.

Performance.. why did you buy a Maxima instead of a 4cyl civic as a daily driver? probably for performance. a ypipe isnt necessary, but its a nice improvement. when i have some more money, im going to buy one with a cai as my only performance mods for my daily (already got my struts/springs)...

Wow, this is some old $hit. I have sold my maxima atleast

7 years ago. I get an Email that someone replied to a 7 year old post. LOL
Since I took the time to read this I might as well respond to it. Forget a Y-pipe and buy a TURBO.
