I want to buy an indash changer but don't know if my cd/tape (non-Bose)unit will control it properly. I also want to see a pic of one that is already installed. send me some feedback peeps. Thanks.

I just put one in my girls Altima last week, it had factory wiring, it took 10 min to install. It works great, it fit in the space under the stock radio. I got it off ebay, $150, there are still some for sale there, you can email the guy and he will let you know if it will work.

I found it cheaper here www.grubbsauto.com click on Nissan parts scroll down and you should see the changer. Let me know if it is the same one you installed.

Thats the one, better price! I would email them to see if would work with your radio. It fits perfectly under the stock radio, its a nice unit. I would have kept it for myself, but I have a Kenwood 10 disc. Maybe you should put up a thread about the price, others may be interested.

I bought the 6-CD changer from grubbsauto.com, $119 shipped to my door. Easy installation and perfect fit. It works very logically with the original radio and tape. I tries attaching the picture but have a problem with its size requirement. I can email it.

I clicked your email and it said email is turned off by administrator. Please let me know your email address if you still want to see the picture.
My radio unit is CH513, on my 96 GXE auto with S/C package. It is non-Bose.

Anyone with a double din tried an indash changer?

Anyone with a double-din tried this yet? I'm looking for any pics from a 585 non-Bose double-din and want to know for sure that my changer controls will work with the indash changer.

Courtesy nissan says it won't work with the double din.
