OKˇ¦ I've heard numerous times that when you lower your max the new geometry & change of axis caused your suspension to under heavy stress.
People claimed that on long-term reliability it's not safe for your suspension.
Is this true? When you lower your max are you actually creating more stress to all the joints, bolts, etc. on your suspension?

I haven't seen any evidence that the car would be damaged from a 1.5" drop. A 3" drop might be bad long-term, but I haven't heard of anybody's suspension parts breaking from stress.
