A/C Problems....

auto controls?
Just wondering do you have the auto control or the manual controls?
for mine--when the days are not too warm or cold, the unit does blow out warm air but otherwise it works very well.

No matter what button i press on the a/c controller, for like defrost, a/c, recycle, and the other buttons the air stays the same and always blows warm. Anybody know what i'm talking about or know the problem?

AC
There are a bunch of things this could be...
Turn the car on, turn the A/C off (or atleast put it on econ mode), role down the windows, and then hit the A/C button.
If you hear the compressor engage, and you can see a drop in the RPM (and then a rebound) then you atleast know its not the belt or compressor clutch. If this doesn't happen, then that's most likely the problem...either that or something as simple as a blown fuse (or something else in the electrical system).
If the compressor does engage, yet warm air is still coming out of the vents, its most likely either the compressor, or something has gone wrong in the refrigeration loop (maybe the expansion valve or something is clogged elsewhere in the loop). As long as the engine does not overheat, you can pretty much be sure its nothing wrong with the radiator.
Can you change where the air comes out of the blower? (ie feet, face, defrost, etc)
