Help me open the Gauges....Please!!

I probally sure this was brought up before, but Could some one tell me how to replace the Bulb behind my gauges. and does anyone know the type of bulb I can use to replace it with.

P.S.
I was hoping to make it brighter.....

Step by step instruction with plenty of pictures.
If you canĄ¯t follow these steps then you need get a life dude.
So freaking easy to do it.
Takes only 20min to do it.

Now, use 194 or 168 type of bulbs on your dash.
Stock ones are 3.5v 194.
If you go with Hyperwhites then your gauge will be about 60% brighter and a bit more bluish.
If you go with Xeon red then it looks real tight but little darker than the above setup.
Avoid painted bulbs at any cost!
It will look like SH*T!
The red setup looks real tight and looks somewhat like AUDI.
Go to E-bay where you can find them at low price or if you canĄ¯t find them then E-mail me. IĄ¯ve 5W Xeon hyperwhites & red bulbs.
