I just bought a Press Kit for the 95 Maxima. In the description, only the SE and GLE models have liquid filled engine mounts, which reduce vibration into the cabin. I have a GXE, and I think that it could possibly make a difference.

Should I try to look into a conversion?

The only problem is, it says "electronically controlled, Liquid-filled engine mounts."

If I'm not mistaken, the electronically-controlled, fluid-filled engine mounts were only on automatic versions, not 5-speeds. It's been a while since I checked so I could be wrong....

I guess on the 96+, there is liquid filled engine mounts. COOL.
