I had to get my alternator and battery replaced a few months ago. Now, I want to hook up my power cable to the battery but the geniuses at the dealership put the screw on the positive terminal on backwards. If you look at the screw on the battery terminal, you'll see the square part on the outside, and the rounded part on the inside. Mine is opposite.
How can I get the screw off?

If you cant get to the screw end portion... I doubt they could either... it may not be on too tight and you can just wiggle it off... or you might be able to bend the nount just enough on the cable side to fit a screw driver in there...

Use a wrench

The simple but true answer is with a wrench. The geniuses at the dealership used a wrench to tighten that battery terminal and you have to use the same kind of wrench to loosen it. If the nut is a stock 10mm size then you need a 10mm box or combination wrench.
