My roof has been rattling when the system is turned up and I finally found out what was causing it. It was because the 4 screws that hold the visors were loose. All you have to do is pop off the plastic covers with a flat tip screwdriver and tighten the screws with a philips. Hope this helps anyone.

 

My roof rattles too but it's in the middle of the roof, near the courtesy light area. It gets quite annoying especially on rough pavement. Got any ideas?

 

try tightening the rear view mirror. pop off the plastic cap thing and there is a huge phillips screw in there. If that doesnt work then take off the map light lense and see if the bulbs are loose. what I have done is to seperate the roof from the windshield just enough to stuff in a piece of cloth or cotton so that it would prevent any hard objects to rattle against the roof. I dont really know whats under there but Im guessing a bunch of wires that cause the rattle.

 

Try stopping the car and taking the soda can off the roof that you forgot to grab when you unlocked the door....
