I have 95 Max GXE.

Does anyone who how I can make the windows go up with the remote.
It goes down only but my friend has the same car as me and he got his windows to go up but we are not friends anymore and he does not want to tell me how he got it to work, but I know that if anyone knows anything about maxima, this fourm will definetly know!!!

there is a module that is made for this.. i believe how it works is that when you click the lock button they go up.. post something on the module or do a search for window modification.. there was a post on it recently.. like last week.. look around.

 

yeah, i was posting because my max wont roll the windows. my remot has 4 buttons, big lock button, unlock, unlock boot (trunk) and a button that turns on the interior light. but no alarm / security system. I guess mine doesnt roll the windows at all.

 

Press and hold down the unlock button for 2-3 seconds to roll down the pass. and driver windows.

Some guy posted that his father wired up his car and made the windows also roll back up but he did not give anymore detail. If anyone knows, I would be interested, thanks!

 

You can roll them down and back up. Mine does this. I upgraded and went with an aftermarket alarm but kept the stock one also. I had to change out both window modules for upgraded ones that will roll down and up. The stock ones will only go down...if they said they mearly "re-wired" it, they lied. I also have a module to open and close my sunroof but that isnt in yet due to its tardyness in arival. Should be in by christmas. I dont know if you can use the stock remote to roll them up, Im trying to find out about that right now but my cousin who installs them for a living isnt at his shop right now...be patient and I will let you know.
