I NEED Mechanical HELP
First, my a/c has been blowing nothing but warm air for a few weeks. Anybody else know what the problem is or have that porblem?
Yesterday, I started my car and heard a funny noise. It sounded like bubbling water, or kinda like when you gargle. I heard it for a few seconds, then the car drove like it normally does. I didnt hear the noise today when I started my car. Any help?

The bubbling water sound you are hearing may have come from the heater core. I remember when the heater core in my old VW gave out, it had some gurgling sounds before it burst and spilled coolant into the passenger compartment!
As for your AC, you need to check whether the clutch is engaging when you push the switch. If it is, and you are not getting cold air, you may be low on R134a refridgerant.
I don't think the heater core has anything to do with your AC not being cold, unless your heater core is stuck in the open position, then all the air would be heated.

If it is your heater core, be very aware that the water will travel down (due to gravity) and find its way out the floor vents and on top of your ecu. And you do not want this to happem. This was a problem with the 3rd gen and hasnt improved much on the 4th gen. Beleive me, if you hear the argle then your car stops, TURN THE KEY OFF AND UN HOOK THE BATTERY befor the ecu fries. I talk from experience
