Oil Pump Sending Unit... Difficult replacement or not?

My oil pump sending unit is leaking and needs to be replaced. This is what my mechanic (who I trust) told me. I was wondering if this is a difficult replacement without the use of a lift. All I have is ramps and jackstands. I didn't ask him the labor charge, so I don't know yet if its worth it to do it myself, but if anyone has replaced this, let me know if it was difficult. My main worry is access, I don't know where this part is so if it's easy to get to I'm sure I can handle it no problem. I've done other repairs and maintenance myself.
