Is this motor mount looks ok ?
I have some vibrations in N after I had my alternator and belts replaced in the shop (I had to leave the car there, and when I took it back the steering wheel vibrated in N and D). I put another alternator in but it didn't change anything.
After I loosen the belt , I got less vibration , but it's still there .
I wonder what the mechanic could remove and install a defective part instead. (I seen 4th gen frequently parking near this shop and I suspect it belongs to the boss...).
I looked at the motor mount below the air box and it doesn't look normal to me. I think some rubber parts are missing there.

It looks normal and to tell if the mounts are bad have some one shift the gears and look at the mounts and see if it moves. Another way of knowing that you have bad mounts is that you have crack lines in the mounts.

yea looks fine. way to check the mounts is to stand with the hood open while someone in the drivers seat switches from drive to reverse to drive to reverse and so on. if you see the engine moving a lot then its the mounts.
as far as vibrations go it could be a lot of things.

I've just checked my RH motor mount and it is gone. The rubber has deep crarcks. So should I go with OE mounts or buy this one: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Nissa...spagenameZWDVW
Anyone tried them?

i brought some off ebay to (plan on upgrading to 6th gen max next year). the one for the right side (passanger) is not really a perfect fit, there is flat. the factory installed one is way thicker at the screw on side)
