torn between headlight options

I'm having trouble deciding on what headlights to get..which do you guys think would look better on my blk/blk SE.

I know the r34 headlights have ****ty headlights but ill use 9007 bulbs till i have time for a retrofit.

I really like the look of r34 headlights but i think the chrome ones would look good on a black car, and i think the blacked out r34's would just be too much black..but i could be rong, I never seen it in person. Does black r34's flow with a black car or do you guys think its too much black?

what do you guys think of the cerifo's over the r34's?
I know its my car and i should get what i like, but i'd like to hear opinions from ppl who have seen these headlights on black maximas

My choices are:
-all chrome r34 Headlights
-Blacked out r34 Headlights
-cerifo Headlights
-Black Cerifo Headlights
-AE Stock headlights

whichever i choose will eventually have HID's

Thanks!

I have the AE headlights available on ebay and am using HID's and I am very happy with them. I have never been flashed, I have them aimed a little low, but I can still see much better than the halogen bulbs.
Here is a link to what I have: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/95-99...spagenameZWDVW
They are glass and good quality.

That's my opinion.

iirc r34 lights dont use 9004 so swapping them with 9007 is not possible. im pretty sure they use separate high and low beam bulbs.

go with OEM cerfiro lights with H4 bulbs. they will have the best functionality while looking nicer (although i like the look of the stockers better).

the only reason i would say anything but cefiro is if you didn't want to do the modifications to fit them. i wouldn't reccomend the r34 for anything but an immediate retro. stockers if all else fails.

btw, i have some new smoked cefiros i want to get rid of or trade for new chrome cefiros.

Yeah, the R34s use separate high and low beams. Was it 9006 and 9005? I can't remember. The output is horrendous though, put whatever bult you want in there; it will look horrible without a retro.

I say go with the r34s. The dedicated high beam will make you happy when you upgrade to HID. As everyone else... i will put tsx projectors in there some day.

If i could do it over i would go with all crome r34's and crome bumper lights.

Some pics of my lights.
