Individual throttle bodies
Has anyone ever done that on a 4th gen? I have seen it done on some S2000s and some Lexus GSs.
Nobody? Nothing?

I found universal ITBs for a 6 cylinder on the bottom on this page. Quite pricey.

Besides, a 6 port rail could easily be for a V12 as well.

Other applications being I4, V4, I6, V6, I8, V8, V10, V12, W16, etc etc.

The tweak it website is actually based in Sydney, a few hours from where I live.
However, I found that you could use two SR20DE throttle bodies for a twin throttle body VQ with relatively big gains for minimal cost.
PS: My VQ35 is running the twin throttle body setup right now. The VQ intake ports are not really big enough to warrant fitting ITB's. Two SR20 65mm(2.5") throttle bodies from a B13 or B14 Sentra on a custom plenum inlet will make decent gains.

ITB's can be enclosed in a plenum and suck through a MAF. The R32~R34 GTR's and the N14 GTiR used a similiar setup from the factory.
My setup has both throttle bodies joining to a Y pipe and then to the stock MAF. I will be upgrading to a Z32 80mm MAF shortly and since two SR20 throttlebodies have only a slightly larger cross-sectional area of a single 80mm MAF, it should pose no inlet restriction at all.
It all comes down to pulse tuning and air flow dynamics. ITB's are more suited to 12+:1 compression engines with 270+ degree cam grinds.
I may even end up fitting a Ford Lightning MAF or a Q45 MAF to allow my engine to breathe.
