I ordered a wood dash kit from Alka Plus. It looks decent but the piece that covers the area of the shift know is not exact and the rectangular piece that covers the swing door under the radio is not cut properly to fit. The piece is an exact square and the door is not...it is curved at the top. I have a 1997 gxe.

anyone have these problems????

Alkaplus quality is terrible and so is their customer service. However, that piece you are referring to doesn't go there. They don't make a piece for the fold down compartment on GXE's. That rectangular piece you're referring to is for the ones with pop out tray. Those are perfectly rectangular.
