got my vq35 swap done. runs right out of the box very impressed with the power and all the information on this site and am willing to do the swaps for people in east valley in Arizona (san tan valley, mesa, tempe, chandler) have some thinking to do for the transmission though thinking its not going to take long maybe two years or less for transmission to get beat up only mod done was the stall converter to 3500-3800. took 2 days after research to do the swap made my own throttle body looks pro and relocate I.A.C.V. to swirl control elbow and made custom engine torque damper for massive torque thuds. for pictures and other questions you can IM me or call Dan @ 602-319-1370 thank you guys very much and this is the most awesome site. have a question if any one knows? does the 3.5 engine cover fit under the hood of the 4th gen maxi?

 

Yes, it does.

 

It rubs a bit on the passenger side hood insulation. I cut out part of my hood insulation to clear it.

 

man... I want to do this swap sooo badly...
