I dont think it will be to much worse than it is now. If you keep the stock y and all then it wont get too much louder.

who cares about technical bull**** its a muffler change, and it sounds nice, not ricey just classy...

That depends on where you are and how much you drive man. I have had a set of ebay mufflers that i have put on 3 diff cars in 3 years and they still work fine but arent shinny any more.
