Have you actually checked for power with a multimeter?

Checked the wiring?

Checked...anything?

Check the electricals than check If you need a new window regulator switch. If you have a child safety lock check that also.

i dont believe it is the switch nor child lock because i can open close and lock/unlock manually and i have not checked with a multimeter yet but all of my other doors work fine

Do that, then come back.

I have the same issue w/ my front passenger's side door. Let me know if you're able to figure out the cause.

Cause is laziness.

/thread.

Better yet, let me telepathically communicate with your maxima so things can work again... right...

Are you serious? You aren't funny, and if you aren't able to give useful suggestions, get out.

Kind of hard to do when the car is 100 miles away. That's why it'd help for someone to narrow it down so I can relay the information to my less experienced brother who's driving the car.

If you weren't trying to be funny, then what was this weak line about?

You need to grow up, son.

No need to be excused; you were never invited. And I'm not interested in hearing about your projects.

Now, let me go finish putting back together my brother's car in which I just finished a 6spd swap.

Did you take the door panel off b4 this problem started? The window plug may have gotten disconnected. I would remove the door panel and then start investigating or actually your bro will have too. At least the window is up. Its strange that both dont work. If it was a window motor then only the window will not work. It sounds like a harness is unplugged.

To my knowledge, the door panel wasn't taken off, but I'll have him check out the connections. I'll also have him check the fuses, because I think the two might be on the same circuit.

I appreciate your help--thanks a lot.

It wont be a fuse because all the windows share the same fuse so then none of the windows would work.
