What you saying is the tire thats on there now is too wide for the steelie? or the 205 wont fit because the 215 is wide for that steelie?

Yes.

Props on the descriptive title, though. Too little of that around here as of late.

I'm usually up from ~1600-0500 EST, so I guess it's just timing.

Do you know if 195/60r/15's will work also. Long story but i have 1 205/60 and 1 195/60 i both with nipples still on them. I need this as a temp fix trying not to sound like I'm riding Gutta on the streets

They will, but you never want two different size tires on the same axle, even it they have roughly the same diameter. If you have to, do it on the rear. If your others are 215/65, then stick with the 205/60 for the temp fix.

Since the other one is new, I'd grab a steel rim from a junkyard and throw the 195/60 on it as an emergency spare, better than riding on that donut.

What I am looking at is putting Front being front left-205/60 right-195/60 this is a temp fix till I order my rims whenever my tax return comes. Pretty much it equals out that I am going to be driving a project because I need to get to college My suspension isnt really road tested I just hope no problems occur with that. Shortly said would said combo be good for a bit?

I suppose you could, but honestly I've done some pretty stupid stuff in my day (and will in my future) but that's one thing I wouldn't really ever do. Just my personal preference I suppose.

It would work just fine I imagine, same principle as riding on a donut.
