autos with NOS 1/4 mile times

Im curious what other auto maximas are running in the quarter with NOS today I ran a 14.54 and a 14.37 with a 100HP shot, Y-pipe and cold air intake. Im curios to see how it compares to others.

Well, Matt who is (Mtrai) ran 14.48@96 with a CAI, Y-pipe, & 50 shot.

I have the same mods as Matt (CAI, Y, 50 shot) and i run 14.34@97mph.

DMBMaxima had a intake, y-pipe, hollowed cat, & 100 shot and ran 14.2@102mph.

Those times seem a bit slow for a 100 shot auto. What are you 60ft times? They should be about 2.3 60ft.

I plan on hitting 13's with my 100 shot.

My best 60' was 2.369 I wasnt using NOS till about 4k in first If I had slicks to get traction off the line I think I could do a high 13 each time I ran it got better I just had to get used to it.

How well is your tranny holding up with the 100 shot? I know your max is a bit newer, but i've been pondering the thought of using NOS, but i have a '95, and feel that even if i want to use NOS, most of my money would be spent on replacing and building up b4 i could use NOS, but still would like to.

I only ran 2 bottles through it so far I have a fairly new trans it was replaced about a year ago I definitly need to get the VB mod when I was running it was shift right at redline. I also put a switch on the resistor on the drivers side strut tower to make it shift harder without doing that I dont think it would have shift before redline.

I haven't ran it at the track yet, but I'm pretty sure I'm at 13.9-14.0 with my 80 shot, it hits HARD compared to the 50 shot, but we'll see, too much rain up here right now...

He had some trouble with his car and that prevented him from spraying. There is a story to that but anyways...

Well, i owuld def get the at least a shift kit. If not that i would get the vb mod. The resisitor thing is just useless & can be more trouble then planned.

Even w/o the tranny mods, you shouldnt have to worry as long as you ahve a window switch. That prevents you from spraying through gears and causing damage. My NOS kicks in @ 3.4k rpms & stops @ 6k rpms. I cant affor new rims so i run on steel rims. As soon as NOS kicks in, my tires break loose. So i am now forced to run with my heavy chrome rims but hey, it doenst spin now!

Nope, no Fuel Pump yet. It was on backorder and was sent out so i should get it this week.

I am gunna go hit the track very soon again as soon as my AGX's get here and FP.

I am still running 50 shot and still havent been able to run faster then 14.3@97 which is kinda depressing.

All you guys run 14s shooting aything more than 25hp is horrible. I mean if u think about it, there all alot of cars with less stock power than your hocked up cars and they are running better times than u. Espesically to those of you that has a 50 and 100 shots should be beyond 14s.

Yeah, and Accords are supposed to be really fast, right? Is "Espesically" a word?
