I have a clanking sound over some bumps of metal top metal it only comes from the driver rear side.
Any Ideas on the cause and a fix?

Please elaborate a little more. What suspension setup do you have. Any recent work on your car, such as new tires or wheels? Under what conditions does this noise occur? Can you reproduce it when the vehicle is in motion, and not in motion?
