stock WRX 0-60 in 5.6 sec. Manual Maxima 0-60 in 6.6-7.1. You do the math. No matter what people are saying, even a SC Max gets a good run for the money in a 1/4 mi race. The Max will catch up at around 130 probably
WRX is a little piece of ugliness incarnated.. looks like a kid's toy anyways. No refinement

The WRX, out of the box, is a superior performance car.
Period.

I like the pic. I think that the wrx is a ok car. It has a afctory turbo and is almost the same car as the real wrx race car. My friend has one he is in our car club. it is pretty fast.

the stock WRX has no top end.
I just raced one this last Friday in my I/E celica and i passed him at ~100 mph

a I/Ypipe 5spd max would do the same

Different type of car! If running around tight winding roads are your bag the wrx is a good choice. I prefer the Max's comfort and power.

Well...

The car is fast. Damn fast. But it has no refinment, and as my friend who has one says, "You have to rev the sh*t out of it to get it to move." It has no refinment whatsoever, and he agrees with this. But then again, the E7.4RS* has no refinement and look at that...

*E7.4RS = Mercedes Benz E320 with 12-cylinder 7.4 liter 600 engine transplant. 6 speed manual, $25k body kit , and $290,000 for the car. 0-60 = 3.9 seconds in an E-class. Ahh, the power of Renntech...
