The A32 system does not use Freon, it uses R-134a.
If you replaced the condensor, you need to take it to a shop to have the system recharged, as it needs to be evacuated first. Without a vacuum pump, you can't evac it yourself.

if he was able to change his condenser then his system is empty. just tell the shop you take it to to put oil in it and charge it. i hope you didn't have the a/c in open atmosphere for more than a day. otherwise you'll have to change your filter as well.

Not sure what you're trying to say here, maybe you're confusing evac and recover?

you need specialised equipment for emptying/filling ac systems. the Evac people are talking about here is putting the ac under vacuum for awhile to suck all the moisture out of the system and air, and the machine refills it afterwards without disconnecting (same machine that does all this). also if the system was open forawhile, you might need to change the filter like the guy here sujested. best is go ahead and bring it to an ac specialist and tell him what you changed and what he recommends to do, or if he thinks everything is alright and can proceed by doing vacuum/refill.
