i need a new hood anyways, and i thought i would experiment. i just thought i would ask before i did anything to see if it was worth my time. if i would have known some people would have got all defensive, negative, and pissy about my inquiring i would have just kept my question to myself.

sorry, but this wasn't supposed to be a which intake is better thread more of the logistics of putting an intake where i suggested: Under the battery and drilling a hole through that metal plate. Not in front of the radiator...off to the side where that extra intake tubing used to be on my car.
