Clutch Fluid Problems

My clutch was feeling a bit odd, seemed soft and springy, so i check the reservoir and it was dry! There is nothing dripping under the car, although I think my rear main may be starting to leak but its not bad. My question is should I just add fluid or do i need to bleed it or what?

I have a 96 5spd with 113,xxx miles and OEM clutch.

i filled up the reservoir and checked around the master/slave and didn't notice any leaking before or after I filled it up.
Any other help would be appreciated, thanks

Mine leaks too but I'm not sure where. When I feel my clutch getting spongie I add more fluid. It take about two days for the air to get out of the lines but it works itself out. No need to bleed unless you want instant results

When my 98 did that at those miles, it was my slave cylinder. It was a slow leak and took a few days to drain out. Im willing to bet its that or one of your clutch fluid hoses in that area. With those miles, sounds like its time for a change, anyway. Good luck!
