Torque specs for a/t oil pan

The FSM on page AT-196 says 61-78 ft lbs
That seems like a lot for 10mm bolts. Last time I changed the atf/ filter, I tried to torque the first bolt down to 60ft lbs, and easily snapped it. Once I got the broken bolt out, I torqued them all to 20 ft lbs, like any other Nissan pan that uses 10mm bolts.
Anyone have luck torquing down to the FSM specs? What has everyone torqued the pan bolts to?
Thanks

Ah damn I feel like a dope. I just looked at the little legend map thingy at the bottom of the page. It shows the black wrench as being in lbs, which is the same as the wrench next to the pan bolt pic. In the legend it shows a white wrench as being ft lbs. which is absent next to the pan bolt pics.
Anyone know what 61-78 in lbs is in ft lbs??

5-6.5 ft lbs , its like hand tight. distance x force = torque so its not much

You'll really just have to go by feel; most ft/lb torque wrenches won't go anywhere near that low...

But seriously, you tried 60 ft/lbs on a 6mm bolt? Why would you even try that?
