Need help with bodykit, Please help!

Now I know that the 97+ stillen bodykit doesn't fit on the 96 but if you really wanted to do this how much custom work are we talking about? I've seen an I30 with the 97 kit and thats a different car so how hard could it be to do it on a 96.Anyone ever done this? Any help would be great.

to get the 97 body kit onto a 96 your talking about complete front and rear bumper replacements. the dimensions are quite different for the two models. its been done before though. try a search for it on the forum.

Bumper swapping is talked about in the 4th Gen FAQs.

I think you should be able to mold the kit onto your car without changing bumpers. It will prob. be more expensive that way, but I think it can be done.

97-99 front bumper: $150
97-99 grill: $30 off ebay

thats how much it will cost to make it fit, plus paint and install if you arent doing it yourself.

in the future, use the search function, there have been MANY posts about this in the past
