If you go straight down, yes. If you go sideway, you can clear them all.

by going sideways, do you mean like one wheel over the bump first then the other wheel? Like, in a way, turning at the point of the bump ?

i havent had to turn either way to avoid a bump. it would depend on how much you are lowered. with my apex springs i have no problem.

there will be those dips where you will scratch your car no matter what you do... be prepared to hear it scrape once in awhile

I had the Stillen front lip before I switched over to Sarona bodykit. I had very little problems with the Stillen lip, scratched it 3 times tops. With the Sarona, it's slightly longer/lower up front. I had a miserable time with it the first two weeks SLOWLY approach any curb sideways like Tony said almost at a 45 degree angle (if cars behind you aren't honking by then) and you'll be fine. You shouldn't have problems with speed bumps.

yea, as Maxgurl pointed out, it also depends what kind of kit you have. Not just on the size/length of the lip, but the material/quality it is built from. The Stillen lip is made out of more flexible, durable material, it can take hitting stuff, while something like the Sorona is prone to cracking easily. So you gotta be extra careful!
