I've noticed eversince I put mines on, my car had had voltage problems.

My question is, do u have to chage the belt size ?

Also, the air conditioner does not work....can i take the belt off the compressor. All it does is make a sh*ty noise....just curious.

only if the pulley has changed size should you need a different belt. Check the belt deflection and see if that is within spec.
Is your charge system lights comming on? Have you checked your grounds? I would start with those first and see what happens.
