I have angered the anti theft gods...HELP!

Ok so I took the driver's window switch out of my car to see what size led's were in there and my friend bumped into me when I was holding it and all those little black plastic things that press the buttons on the circut board went flying out and I had to find them all****15 minutes later**** I fail to find them all and use one from my rear passenger window switch which it turns out isn't even plugged into anything which explains why it's never worked...

I get the whole thing reassembled and reinstalled, and the car doesn't want to lock. when I lock it the doors lock but the driver door makes a clicking sound and the courtesy lights blink. Unlocking seems fine. and what's more...the car wont start

I tracked it down to a relay that clicks when I try to start it. It's behind the kick panel right by my left foot in the front driver's seat

engine immobilizer?

Anti theft?

how do I bypass it?

I have like a billion things I have to get done this weekend and my job is at stake if I don't get this car going by tomorrow.....any help VERY much appreciated

The only two relays down in the left kick panel are the sunroof and fuel pump relays.

What happens when you try to start it? Need more details to be of any help.

When I crank it, the relay starts clicking really fast and nothing happens otherwise. now for some reason the the lights in the doors and the window switches are getting no power at all, and if I turn the headlights on they're obscenely dim. and to make matters worse while I was inside trying to figure out what the clicking relay is for the gas shocks on the hood failed and dropped it, and now the latch is broken

upon examining the wiring....there are aftermarket wires in there too...they're tapped into the door locks, the main wiring harness, someone basically had their way with the wiring of this car and I touched the wrong thing

I'm tearing my hair out of my head on this and it's going to the shop as soon as I can get it started

Your battery might be getting old, and just running the courtesy and dome lights while you worked on it might've drained the battery.

Also, could you have maybe shorted something out in the door that would drain the battery? I doubt it, but it's possible.

Update

I got everything working today

turns out there was a SUPER cheap and badly wired aftermarket security system installed that tapped into everything. I traced one of the wires and found the main unit, ripped it out and jumpstarted the car. Now everything works fine...the battery ran down while I was working on it like you guys said

thanks for the help guys, can't tell you how awesome it is to have such experienced people around to ask about this stuff
