I ordered and went to picked up my MAF adapter to attach a universal 3" intake today. The thing didn't fit, the holes to fit the screws are like an inch too far apart. On the box lable it said "1997 Nissan Adapter" What 97 Nissan model - I have no clue. I've got a 96 GLE, any difference between the bolt pattern on 96-97? ****ed off and wanting to get this project done, as an alternative I took the adapter piece out of stock airbox and attached that too the new intake. That piece is a little bent from prying it off the stock air box so I taped it up for now. Starting the car, I get the check engine light blinking as I rev and off when idle. What I need to know is where can I find the proper adapter, possible here in Toronto otherwise order from the US to fit the intake and what can I do about the check engine light blinking. I tried resetting the ecu and that didn't solve it. Thanks in advance guys.
