OK, I know its the O2 censor again. It does it every 10-15000 miles, and its been 13000 since the last time. It just went off last time, but its been a week this time, how do I shut it off?

I also know its the O2 since the performance is fine and everything is running good. Thanks for the info!

Do an ECU check ... that's covered in the "ECU Diagnostic Trouble Codes" thread above.

It's 4 pages ... so you can bet that the check engine light covers more than "just your o2 sensor".

Thanks, but, like I said, the 02 is always going off. This like the 5th time now since I had the car (4 years).

Maybe it is trying to tell you something.. . BTW if it is one of your front heated o2 sensors it will effect your Air fuel mixture thus messing up your performance.

Well, the dealer was supposed to have fixed them all 2 times ago, but I guess they never did. They said this wouldnt happen again, but now, the car is out of warranty. To me, the car is running just fine right now. I will do that ECU check sometime this week or weekend and see what it is saying. If it is the 02 censor, then them guys at the dealer I think should really fix it this time and do it for free!!

1.Sensor
2.)If you have an oil leak or a head gasket problem, the oxygen sensors will get coated in grime and start to malfunction. This may be the sign of a much more costly repair.
