CV Axle

My 97 maxima GXE needs two new CV's
The one side is cracked and the other is very rusted

Im looking for the axles for both driver and passenger side that fits:
Automatic Transmission
Without ABS
With Locking Differential
Without Traction Control

I have found the driver side CV at Autozone but i dont know what the passenger side needs because its not coming up with the same thing Anyone with knowledge would be a great help

Thank you
Joe

How did your axle crack? you mean the boot ripped/cracked?

you can just go down there (autozone) and ask for it, price should be the same if they have it.

If not you can just go to advanced auto or napa or something with the info you posted above and they'll get you what you need. You can check online to see if they have it or call

In his first post it says without locking diff.

On another note, is theres a Carquest in your area of Mass., they have quality replacement axles that are better that the Duralast products that Autozone carries. I believe they're cheaper too.

I have been trying to figure out If my axles are non locking or locking diff. I have this # off the firewall RE4F404A FN 36, If I have an A that means It's a non-locking right?

Correct.

All A32 USDM Maximas autos are open diff. The only ones that weren't were Canadian models, and possibly the I30ts.
