all i can say is keep up on the maintenance. you might want to get a little fanatical and change the oil and air filter a little more frequently than specified in the manual. some people run synthetic oils instead of petroleum-based while others do the k&n air filter (with oil) instead of the paper element. i wish my '95 could run forever too, and with it 60k at the moment i'm not worrying just yet.

yeh I got that synthetic thing down, thankfully the previous
owner took care of this car religously considerin there
is no wear in the leather or a single door ding or scratch
an he had all records of oil changes every 2500 miles with
sythentic lol.

are you changing synthetic oil that frequently? if so, that would be overkill and extremely expensive. i've always used the petroleum-based oil, but do it every 3k and it "looks" like it can go longer, though, looks can be deceiving. i've used valvoline in my '72 Olds for 200k miles, changing it every 3k miles, and that engine still doesn't burn oil.

I've got 115K on my 98. You've got some catching up to do

suggested maintenance?

spark plugs
Anti-freeze (50/50 solution)
Power steering fluid
Tranny oil
belts

Most of the items I'm mentioning don't even require you to change them, but since the cars been so good to you, why not?? That's what I did. I even replaced my Red-Line MT-90 even though there was no real need to.
