My Left fog light burns out every 2-3 days why?
for some reason on my left side my fog light burns out every couple days i mean h3 light bulbs cost ab 20 bucks per pair so i dont rly like that... the fog light it self is new my car was in an acident and they had to change the fog light. also on that side of the cari dont have a splash shield the one thats suposed to protect all the wires from water but it hasnt rained here in a a few weeks. so any clue wtf is wrong with it ?

holy crap. SAME THING with me, and it is pissing me off. It sucks cause it makes me look like a noob with a fog out when I want them on. It is my right one tho that goes out after a few days. I have tried 3 bulbs same thing. I even blew a fuse before then checked the ground and it was fine. I got to the point were I just did not give a **** anymore and was like... There just crappy lens anyway the only way I would want them is if they were HIDs. I was thinking of buying an HID kit too, but I was affaird the same thing would happen so I didn't...

Sounds like a bad ground. When the ground is bad the amperage passing through the wire has a limited path. This excess energy gets dissipated as heat in the bulb hence the blowing. If memory serves, the ground to the passenger flight is low in the front grill near the light where it gets wet every time it rains. Often, this water causes rust and corrosion to build up between the grounding terminals. I went with higher wattage bulbs and had to rewire the headlights and fog lights with 10ga wire.
Another thing to check is to make sure there is no corrosion on the terminal that plugs into the lamp, and that the bulb is clean and has no oil from your hands from installation
