The true mono exhaust help free up all 83 horses under the hood while the add on exhaust help keep the back pressure for optimal jdm performance. Did I get it right?

22's like some clown shoes I reckin! HA HA

I still remember the first time I saw a maxima on 20's... I actually did a double take, I thought to myself "man what a D-bag", he ruined her!!! LOL ... I dropped my head down a little lower and said a few words for the Maxima, gave her a final look and walked away... 22's ..... I mean, can it be done? SURE! 9 times out of 10 it doesnt look pretty though! STYLE? Sure everyone has their own, and everyone wants to make their vehicle their own! I think that the best thing that was done with Dracc's Max was selling it! HA HA its like putting clown shoes on a hot chick! Yeah Ronald Mcdonald, and Bozo pull it off well! They both do a pretty mean clown shoe but I don't want to throw a pair on Kimmie down at the local show and tell lol ha ha... some things just don't work.

I have an opinion and it seems as though this thread is all about bashing 22's on cars they just dont look good on, so Im joining in. IMHO I wouldn't ever do 22's on a Maxima, it kinda just hurts to look at it, I get that burny feeling in the back of my throat from the little bit of throw up that comes up.. I dont like it! HA HA... but thank god I now know that when I want to turn my Maxima into a "daily driver" or "family car" I only have to get 19's or 20's LOL ha ha...... Also Thank GAWD Im not from the "Dirty South" lol... and I just said that so none of you dirty southerners have to say it again, like your thankful too .... Thanks for listening!

P.S. I figured I could help Dracc out too because I think Ive been a member since 03 and have what now, 2 posts? LOL

wow, sad that people think 20"s dont belong on a maxima..... neither do turbos or n2o but people do it and blow motors dont they?? They also put stuff on there car to make it look like what its not.A maxima is not a skyline nor will it EVER perform or handle like one.

Carbon fiber ALWAYS goes unpainted on most cars but if you REALLY think about it, when did it become COOL to 2 tone any import? Not saying i dont like C/F but get the questions all the time, "why is your hood black, why is your bumper kit and trunk black?" its carbonfiber "uhhhh, whats that"

Even for those who don't think they look bad or tacky could at least take into account the safety and functionality factors. When your giant-*** wheel comes off and maims someone or causes an accident because it was put on a hub not made for wheels of nearly that size, or when you're taking thousands of miles off the life of your suspension so you can look bling when you roll with your homies or whatever, then I guess that's your prerogative
ok wheel might come off, you might have a point.. OR dropped too low, axle goes pop and you're going one way uncontrollable.

My point is, as long as ive been on the org, it has ALWAYS seemed like ANYONE with big wheels or chrome wheels was bashed on or considered something they're not, or put in a class as if they live a life style that they dont.

Ill admit, ive had 3 sets of 20"s now, but most of the people that had a problem with the way i did MY car couldnt install a airfilter if they were given every tool in snap-on. With my wheels on or without, i can beat most modified maximas and have more experience then ALOT of people on here.

So PLEASE, just leave it to "not my style" if comment at all. Because there might be a million things about your car no one else likes.

Gold teeth?

the first ones I saw on a Max were extra Gaudy blinged up rims... And most that I see are.... Im just not a big fan of putting truck wheels on a car.. maybe its just me I dont get it, I see NO function or benefit for 20's or bigger on a Max. Kinda like Gold teeth! lol "not my style".........

20 yrs old, 13.98@98 with a 3.0 95 and your beating most modded Max's on here?? Big words huh??

i see what you're saying but honestly, maximas have a hard enough time getting to 120mph, lipkits dont have any function and aftermarket wheels dont either unless you have 15lb wheels and its STILL left up to just a tire for the function. He may have not had the best choice of 22"s but IMO, the flat black one doesnt look too bad.

was waiting on that grasshopper.
Yes i am 20(as of this past april) and if I am correct, im the only on in MD to do there own 3.5 swap, also 1 of 2(that i know of) to do a gauge cluster rewire to the 5th gen. Did my own suspension multiple times, all my exhaust work, my own cams, VAFC, and 5spd swap.
There isnt a thing on my car i HAVENT touched.

Also, on the 1/4 times,

there are hmmmm... a few THOUSAND maximas on here and only 18 of them have beat my time N/A. of those 18, only 13 have beat my time that were 4th gens and of those 13, only 8 i believe were 3.0 and still had WAY more mods then me and a standalone and slicks. I run street tires and a afc.

Even with my boat anchors on, I hit 120 easily. I'm not totally sure that is any kind of bragging right...
