Something's rubbing

about 2 weeks ago i started to hear a rubbing/grinding noise when braking. i thought it was the wear indicators on the front brakes (the rears had just been replaced, pads and rotors)

now there's a vibration and noise when i drive. kinda feels like a tire is out of balance or flat but there's a grinding sound and thumping/tapping that increases with speed. if i get on the brakes slightly hard it isn't as bad.

i'm planning on doing the front brakes this weekend but it seems like it's more than just brakes.
what else could it be?

95 max gxe auto non abs.

My guess:

Brakes. But just in case, might want to check you CV boots for cracks and check if you see any grease around it. Highly dobut that be the case but never know.

Edit: internet went crazy and posted my half completed post

so it ended up being the lug nuts. on one wheel, one was hella loose and a few others were not that tight. it was odd because i made sure they were torqued correctly when i replaced the wheel bearing.

i ended up replacing the pads and rotors while i was at it. i bought new lug nuts as well.
