Belt Tensioner Question...anybody

Hey guys, did a little search but didnt find much, just replaced the alternator, on the car, and it now sounds like im supercharged, still have a whine going on, coming from the belt tensioner, i took it off however, and three spacers/washer, were on the ground ,can someone confirm how many is actually on it, because i didnt see it when it fell off as i took the center nut out, from what i can tell, the order goes,

Nut
front plate
small spacer
idler
large spacer
bracket and im assuming the last spacer goes behind the bracet on the support shaft?

thanks again, _Devon

Looks like yes, a washer on the rear stud.

11931 goes behind the adjustment rod. Nothing goes behind the bracket on the rear stud or the stud will not lock into the bracket and will be able to spin freely.
