Flashing CEL. A Diagnostic mode of some sort?

I have never seen this before, but I think I accidentally tripped some sort of a diagnostic mode or something. I pulled the codes right before and started the car. No, this isn't a misfire sign I don't believe because I turned it off, restarted it and it wasn't flashing. No misfire code stored either.

Here is a video of what I am talking about:

Just curious, but what is this and what does it mean?

EDIT: dang thats a long processing time on that youtube video. It shouldn't take it too long. If it says the video has not been processed check back in a bit.

Looks like it may be O2 sensor monitoring, is the check screw fully back in the normal position?

Take everything into account before diagnosing...

For most cars, yes, a flashing CEL can only mean class A misfires.

For the A32, a flashing CEL can also be O2 sensor monitoring or checking codes. Given the short amount of time that passed between him checking codes and having this incident, it's extremely unlikely that it's a misfire.

Also, it blinks during engine decel; it's not possible to misfire under that condition. And after a restart, it's no longer flashing.
