your best bet is to talk to a stereo/alarm install place and see what it takes to wire up the headlights to an ignition wire.. that's all i know tho..

It probably does, but that sound is so low that its easy to overlook. I know I have.

i miss that beep!!!!
there is something called a battery buddy, it connects to the battery and will leave you enough power in the battery to start the car even if you leave the lioghts on.

Same here. I run a check-list through my head everytime I get out of the car. Chalk it up to having my having my battery die on me several times already due to having my headlights on. 
Nothing like learning the hard way!

Die-hard makes a battery that saves enough juice in the battery to let the car start up...It also has a Key Fob like your doors that is used to lock out the battery so nobody can start the car...also if its messed with after three turnes of the key you cant start the car until you "unlock the battery" I was gonna get it for my jeep but never did
