Weird exterior lighting problem please help

So one of my headlights wasn't working so I popped my hood and moved the wires around. Problem solved doing that my mood lighting inside the headlight I have the cerfrio headlights the bulb went out so i'm thinking the contacts touched each other. So wth change the fuse, I change the fuse and nothing? I also checked the fuses under the hood and there all good. So right now my headlights work, but my other lighting doesn't bumper light, tail lights, fog lights etc... What could be the problem? I changed the fuse and all and its not blowing out or anything. Also when touching the two wires from my corner lights together i'm not getting a spark.. (I know not suppose to do but just checking)

Check all your fuses, if your headlights are working it wont be your headlight fuse. there is a fuse if i remember correctly is an audio fuse that also controls the rear tail lights and gauge cluster lights. check all the fuses inside the car.

Edit just checked them and nothing. I also have my foglights rewired to turn on with my parking lights. Maybe i'm thinking the relay blew out?

swap relays to see if one's faulty. You checked the "electronics" fuse inside the cabin?

Isolate the fault by Checking all fuses again with test light or meter...
You may have knocked a ground loose as well.
I think its just a fuse though unless you melted two wires together. or have a broken connection...

Did you check the fuses under the hood? How are you checking the fuses? With a fuse tester? Just pulling and looking at them? If in fact all fuses are OK if there was a problem with your fog lamp rewire it could cause this type of problem. Maybe the connections for your fog lamp rewire came loose? Did you do some rewiring to install those cerfrio headlights, if so maybe you have a problem there.

You checked all the fuses visually, or verified them all with a multimeter/test light?

Triple check every fuse in the interior fuse box, with something other than your eyes.

Also, don't skip over any fuses; some of the systems in the car are wired to oddly named fuses, stuff that seems like it has nothing to do with eachother.

sounds like a bad connection or you can have a bad wire too it can be broken internally.... if it does it again check your connections that you rewired make sure that they are tight and check for continuaty with a meter try to find a way to hold the wires and wiggle the wires make sure that you don't loose continuaty most of the time the wires are broken near the ends

Not really, you simply but a bandaid on the problem.
You should really look for the cause, which I suspect was an open circuit or bad connection.

I have the cerfrio headlights
You had to do some wiring modifications to use those headlights, start looking there and you should find your problems.
