need some sensor help!!!

hey sup guys,
so my check engine light is on n now i need to get my inspection done so i needed to fix whatever was wrong. When i ran the coeds it said it was my intake air temperature sensor. So i went got the new sensor hooked it up but the cel is still on. Any ideas how i can remedy thois or figure out why its still on seeing as theres no other codes coming up. Oh and even after i put in the new sensor the code still comes up.
thanks....

Did you test either sensor? Check the connectors for corrosion? Check continuity from the connector to the ECU?

Did you even reset the codes after installing the new sensor?

The definition of continuity: an uninterrupted connection.

Basically check to make sure the harness isn't broken between the connector in the engine bay and the ECU connector.

take off the battery cable for 24 hours. helps to do this every once in a while. not only will it reset the computer but it will have to relearn everything about the engine's performance. of and it will clear your CEL
