Has anyone with a 95' done this? Does anyone have a spoiler that looks like this? None of the factory manuals seem to address it. There are two small holes but the offset screw driver doesn't find anything in there. It sounds so easy to do, I just can't get the housing free.
I couldn't get the pic to open, but I think I have the same prob. I have a 96 GXE and my spoiler does not have the 3 screws either. It looks like it's on with 3M tape.

I bought the car used but I think it may have been an added option at the dealer from the prev owner. It fits perfect but does not use the factory spoiler harness. Unfortunately, my LED stopped working too.

Thank goodness mine also came with the 3rd light.

That "resistor" you called burnt, is not a resistor at all. It is a diode.

Sorry for the thread bump since this thread is old. However I am going to attempt to fix my led bar as well and was wondering what is the correct resistance that is needed that will keep the leds the same brightness?

Hey thanks. I ended up using a 68ohm resistor and it matches exactly how I want it
Chances are this will work for you as well. If you pull it apart and you can actually see the color bands of the resistors you can look up the color code. If you can read that, then you can get the exact same one.
